Protecting Canada’s iconic landscapes by sending a scorching message about climate inaction.
As wildfires continue to intensify and frustration with government inaction grows, the Climate Emergency Unit needed a way to turn climate concern into real pressure and not just awareness.
So we helped all Canadians send the government a message they couldn’t ignore: a postcard.
Each postcard features a dramatic depiction of the possible future of iconic Canadian destinations that are at risk.
The postcards were all prepaid and pre-addressed to policymakers who are currently ignoring the problems.
With print and online versions, participation was easy. Amplified by social, influencers, and climate leaders, the message moved beyond feeds and into real-world action.
National and international coverage
amplified the urgency of the message.
10,000+ postcards delivered
directly to the desks of Canada’s federal leaders.
