We peeled back the curtain on Ford service bays and personally introduced Canadians to their local Ford Technicians.

Consumers felt like they were getting ripped off when it came to getting their vehicle serviced at their local Ford dealership and were choosing to go to independent repair shops instead.

To change Canadians perceptions we developed the Know Your Technician campaign. We personally introduced Ford Technicians to consumers by telling the relatable and authentic stories of their lives. They also spoke of their experiences working at Ford and what made them experts.
